Message From Managing Director

As the managing director I am justifiably proud to note that since 1980, Flar has offered expertise throughout the Islamic Republic of Iran in the areas of design, general construction, construction management, program management, architecture, engineering, site/feasibility services and executing various types of projects. Doing so, we have had a role, though minor, in the construction industry of the country.

Individually, the present managers have built superb reputations by managing, designing and constructing landmark infrastructure mega-projects across the country: metro tunnels of several metropolises; Tehran surface water collection tunnels and canals; dams; irrigation and drainage networks; water conveyance distribution networks; different types of structures, residential and entertainment complexes and towns, to name a few.

Flar was formed to offer national clients new value in the form of consistency and standardization of service. All members have a unified approach to business and client service, including operational procedure and reporting system, which allows the members to transfer knowledge and experience from one region to another. It also ensures that clients receive the same high quality results time after time.

Considering our 30-year experience, we believe that Flar has a bright and prosperous future ahead because the company's management has a firm belief in the existence of a coherent structure based on the cutting edge standards. In this purposeful structure, we are committed to our goals and objectives; besides, the diligent efforts of staff are accompanied by the modern knowledge to offer appropriate services.
